My name is Mato and I am a local skipper with a lifelong love for the sea and the Dubrovnik coastline. Growing up by the sea, I developed a deep respect for nature and a passion for sharing the most beautiful and hidden places around Dubrovnik with my guests. I was recommended to Mato by a friend who had recently came back from Dubrovnik. I reached out to him a month before our trip and he was extremely helpful and flexible with my request. I let him know that we wanted to at least include a sunset ride back and he was able to create an itinerary for the 6 hours we were on the boat. He also set us up a reservation for a restaurant at island Lopud for us, it was super delicious and cool! He took us to the Sandy Beach and Blue Cave, and answered all our questions we had about Dubrovnik. So cool to be able to learn from a local. I highly recommend choosing Mato as your skipper, he won't let you down!

The experience with Mato on his boat was excellent. He picked us up in Copacabana because it was closer to our accommodation and dropped us off at the Old Town port so we could enjoy the view from the sea. Friendly and accommodating, Mato is a great skipper who made our day in the Dubrovnik archipelago a great experience.

We had an awesome day. It was a last minute thing for us. We made contact via Whatsapp and got a reply within minutes and were on the water within an hour.
Our skipper Mato was great and was very flexible allowing us to choose how long we spent at each location.

Super day out. We had a 6 hour private excursion, Mato took us to the spots on most tour itineraries as well as a couple of quiet, beautiful spots where we could explore the sea and scramble on the rocks. Mato’s boat was great and he made us feel very welcome. He was informative about the area, and gave us complete freedom to choose where to go and what to do. We felt well looked after, comfortable and safe. The price was reasonable which included a very modest fee for Mato took make a detour to pick us up closer to our accommodation. It’s clear that Mato wanted us to enjoy ourselves and it was a fabulous day. Thank you Mato!

Mato was very friendly and patient with a group of 6. He had excellent recommendations about spots both popular and quieter. The highlights were being able to jump off of the boat and the rocks. Would definitely recommend!!

We had great 2 hour Sunset Tour around Lokrum Island! Mato was a great skipper with excellent knowledge of the island and area. He pulled up to one of the swimming areas on Lokrum so the kids could swim over and jump off the cliffs. Couldn't have been a better last evening in Dubrovnik!
